What you will do

• Lead complex electrical BIM/VDC projects end-to-end, owning model quality and constructability.
• Translate incomplete or ambiguous design information into coordinated, buildable electrical models.
• Guide and scale global modeling teams with clear scope and strong quality control.
• Manage coordination conversations and resolve clashes under schedule pressure.
• Collaborate directly with electrical subcontractor clients to solve real constructability challenges.
• Influence and improve standards, workflows, and best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States with valid US work authorization.
• Proven experience in electrical VDC/BIM project leadership and end-to-end ownership.
• Ability to translate ambiguous design information into coordinated, buildable models.
• Experience leading and managing remote and global modeling teams.
• Strong communication skills for direct client-facing leadership and decision-making.
• Expertise in resolving complex electrical clashes and preventing downstream field issues.
