Senior VDC Engineer (Electrical)

Location: Hybrid position within the United States; Saint Louis, MO 63101. US work authorization is required.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead complex electrical BIM/VDC projects from initial design information through coordinated, constructible models.
• Own model quality and translate incomplete or ambiguous design information into buildable electrical solutions.
• Lead global modeling teams, define scope, manage quality control, and support predictable delivery.
• Run coordination discussions, resolve clashes, and manage ambiguity under schedule pressure.
• Work directly with electrical subcontractor clients to address constructability challenges before construction.
• Improve VDC workflows, tool usage, standards, and shared best practices.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in electrical VDC, BIM, or related engineering work.
• Ability to deliver coordinated electrical models for commercial and industrial projects.
• Experience with model quality control, clash resolution, constructability, and coordination.
• Ability to lead global teams and communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
