What you will do

• Handle customer billing inquiries via email and phone.
• Collect and post customer payments and update subscription profiles in Zoho.
• Analyze and adjust customer invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Resolve discrepancies with customer payments and account information.
• Assist in the collections process for past due accounts.
• Provide feedback for the optimization of internal billing processes.

Requirements

• Experience in billing or accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in billing and accounting software.
• Experience working with CRM tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for auditing financial records.
• Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.
• Fluent in English
