Senior Manager, eQMS Technologies (AI)

Location: North Chicago, Illinois, United States. Travel required up to 10% of the time.

Salary: $124,500–$236,500 per year, plus benefits and eligibility for short-term incentive programs.

What you will do

• Develop and execute quality analytics and AI roadmaps aligned with R&D and enterprise quality priorities.
• Build automated reporting, dashboards, KPI frameworks, and analytics for eQMS health, process performance, and compliance.
• Develop trend, anomaly detection, and predictive risk signals to identify quality and compliance issues earlier.
• Partner with quality, BTS, and process owners to translate business needs into analytics requirements and data products.
• Establish data definitions, quality controls, governance, training, playbooks, and documentation for self-service insights.
• Assess solution adoption and impact using statistical methods, root cause analysis, feedback, and data storytelling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, engineering, computer science, data or analytics, business, chemistry, biology, microbiology, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in quality systems, engineering, data and analytics, or business support in a regulated environment.
• Experience developing metrics, dashboards, and analytical insights for process performance and compliance monitoring.
• Working knowledge of data modeling, data quality, governance, descriptive and inferential statistics, and trend analysis.
• Experience with computerized QA or eQMS solutions and data enablement is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools and SQL.
• Python, R, or similar scripting and analysis experience.
• Experience applying machine learning or AI to risk prediction, signal detection, or text analytics.
• Knowledge of model lifecycle monitoring, bias, drift, risk management, and quality systems.
