Salary: $78,000 – $107,250 with 15% incentive

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Power BI and Workday Prism.
• Build and optimize scalable data pipelines using Alteryx or similar ETL tools to prepare data for reporting.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual reporting effort and improve efficiency.
• Develop reports using Workday’s native tools, including discovery boards and worksheets.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to translate business reporting requirements into technical solutions.
• Document business rules, metrics definitions, and data lineage to ensure governance and consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, HR, or Business Analytics.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or HR analytics.
• Hands-on experience building data pipelines or automated workflows using Alteryx or similar ETL tools.
• Experience developing and maintaining dashboards in Power BI or a similar BI tool.
• Strong ability to validate data quality and communicate insights clearly.
• Must have US Work Authorization (no visa sponsorship available).

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday, Workday Prism, or other major HRIS/ERP platforms.
• Exposure to Python, R, or other scripting tools for data preparation and analysis.
• Familiarity with HR concepts, employee lifecycle data, and workforce metrics.
• Experience creating reusable datasets and reporting standards.
