Consultant, People Analytics Consulting Insights & Enablement (AI)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States; at least 3 days per week in the office

Salary: $109,800–$175,700 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Support workforce analytics requests, consulting engagements, and business priorities.
• Partner with People stakeholders and business leaders to scope workforce questions and deliver actionable insights, recommendations, dashboards, and scalable solutions.
• Build and improve dashboards, reporting tools, analytics products, workflow automations, AI-enabled prototypes, and decision-support resources.
• Prototype conversational analytics, AI-generated insights, agent-based navigation, guided workflows, and automated recommendations.
• Drive adoption through playbooks, documentation, training, and enablement sessions.
• Partner with Data Governance, Privacy, Risk, and People COE teams on data quality, stewardship, validation, and responsible workforce analytics.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience with an advanced degree or PhD.
• Experience in analytics, workforce intelligence, organizational effectiveness, strategic workforce planning, consulting, business strategy, data, technology, automation, governance, privacy, or related disciplines.
• Experience with low-code tools, workflow automation, AI-assisted development, dashboards, reporting tools, data products, or scalable analytics solutions.
• Strong consulting, communication, stakeholder management, executive presentation, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Power BI, workforce reporting, data visualization, metric definitions, and self-service analytics.
• Ability to work from the Austin office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday, workforce data, enterprise HR systems, data governance, privacy, or risk platforms.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Claude Code, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies.
• MBA or another advanced degree.
