People Analytics Insight Manager

Location: Hybrid; must be located within a commutable distance to Stamford, CT or Irving, TX, United States.

Salary: $94,000–$134,000 USD base salary per year, plus an eligible bonus or sales incentive plan.

What you will do

• Solve business problems through workforce reporting and analysis focused on attracting, developing, and retaining associates.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify insights, tell compelling stories, and influence outcomes.
• Deliver analytical products and services, including the Talent Supply Chain model.
• Support senior HR partners and recruiting leaders across Sales teams by identifying and solving critical business problems.
• Collaborate with People Analytics and HR partners and influence analytics and product roadmaps.
• Consult with hirify.global leaders on workforce measures and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in analytics, HR, and/or consulting.
• Ability to solve complex and unstructured business problems using data, curiosity, and business understanding.
• Strong attention to detail when producing executive-ready content.
• Ability to communicate clearly with senior leadership and influence decisions.
• Experience building trusted relationships and influencing leaders across multiple business functions.
• Ability to create compelling data-driven stories and translate insights into actionable solutions.

Nice to have

• SQL data analytics skills.
• Experience with Databricks and Power BI or comparable tools.
