Program Manager

Location: Hybrid; U.S. citizenship is required due to classified defense work, and the ability to obtain a Department of Defense Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary: USD $172,563–$186,719 per year

What you will do

• Lead integrated program, product, subcontractor, material, and business planning.
• Define program resources, major roles, work breakdown structures, budget baselines, and schedule baselines.
• Monitor execution against approved plans and ensure delivery milestones are met.
• Balance program risks and opportunities while meeting technical requirements and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional program teams in a matrix organization delivering products or computer-based systems from design through customer release.
• Develop and implement program and product strategies and tactics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of products, technologies, and their current and potential applications.
• Strong communication skills for reporting program issues, impacts, and corrective actions to internal and external representatives.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Top Secret clearance is required at the time of hire.
