What you will do

• Lead integrated program, product, subcontractor, material, and business planning.
• Identify project resources and assign major program roles across matrixed teams.
• Establish WBS-based budget and schedule baselines and monitor execution against them.
• Balance program risks and opportunities with executable strategies that meet technical and budget requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams delivering products and computer-based systems from design through customer release.
• Communicate program issues, impacts, and corrective actions to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of products, technologies, and their current and potential applications.
• Experience developing and implementing product and program strategies and tactics.
• Exceptional communication skills for reporting issues, impacts, and corrective actions.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a Department of Defense Top Secret clearance are required.
