Program Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite and 2 days remote near a hirify.global site in the United States. Available locations include Northbrook, Chicago, Fremont, Marietta, Princeton, Melville, and Houston.

Salary: $113,500–$150,000 annually, plus eligibility for a 20% target annual bonus.

What you will do

• Manage the implementation and lifecycle of large, complex programs and coordinate interdependent projects.
• Lead integrated teams across internal and external organizations, providing program governance, stakeholder communication, and executive escalation.
• Manage program budgets, financial performance, resources, risks, issues, suppliers, and vendor relationships.
• Develop process improvement initiatives and standardize practices to improve operational efficiency.
• Evaluate and deploy automation, digital technologies, and AI-enabled solutions to improve productivity and support data-driven decisions.
• Develop ROI, IRR, business cases, and strategic plans for major technology and people investments.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience managing large-scale, distributed, and complex projects with multiple parallel workstreams.
• Demonstrated leadership, technical and business acumen, strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and financial skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating projects across multiple geographies and sites.
• Experience developing business cases for major capital investments and implementing AI solutions.
• Experience with organizational change management and Lean Six Sigma.
• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience developing and evaluating RFIs, RFPs, and scoring mechanisms.
• PMP and/or Agile certification.
• MBA, MA in Project Management, or a master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
