Program Manager (Federal Financial / Regulatory Service)

Location: Remote within the United States; the role supports federal customers and requires existing or recently held federal suitability or security clearance.

Salary: $105,000–$150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day delivery and operational health for a complex federal technology program across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Serve as the primary partner for government program leadership, sponsors, contracting stakeholders, and technical representatives.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across software engineering, product, design, project management, and delivery functions.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, risks, dependencies, contractual requirements, and overall program performance.
• Establish delivery processes, facilitate program reviews and planning sessions, and maintain reporting on milestones, deliverables, risks, and commitments.
• Manage financial performance, mentor team members, support resource planning and hiring, and contribute to proposals, recompetes, account growth, and transition planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of direct experience managing complex technology programs, digital services, software delivery, or related technical initiatives.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary technical and delivery teams across concurrent projects or workstreams.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, staffing, risk, contractual deliverables, financial performance, and delivery forecasts.
• Strong Agile, software delivery, communication, risk resolution, and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Must currently hold, or have recently held, a Moderate Risk Public Trust determination or Secret or Top Secret clearance, and be able to complete additional federal suitability, fitness, and financial background requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in federal government contracting, federal civilian agencies, or FDIC programs.
• Experience with web modernization, digital transformation, content management platforms, or public-facing digital services.
• Experience with federal contract recompetes, proposals, organic growth, CPARS, or account expansion.
• PMP, ITIL, Agile, or comparable program/project management certification.
