Salary: $180,000–$220,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the day-to-day interface with the government program manager and engineering teams.
• Coordinate cross-domain data flows, integration dependencies, security accreditation timelines, and multi-contractor handoffs.
• Lead hirify.global personnel across functions and locations, sequencing work, staffing delivery, and removing blockers.
• Manage cost, schedule, staffing, risks, issues, forecasts, variance analysis, and program reporting.
• Own CDRLs and equivalent contract data deliverables, quality control, delivery calendars, and program reviews.
• Manage enhancement requests, assess cost and schedule impacts, and support change proposals, new work capture, and ROM development.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field; equivalent experience is considered.
• 15+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years managing DoD software, data, or IT programs as a PM, deputy PM, or technical lead.
• Experience supporting Army intelligence programs, working directly with government PMOs and engineering teams, and managing government contract performance.
• Fluency in modern software and cloud delivery, with the ability to lead technical discussions and translate between engineers and customers.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to produce customer-ready deliverables.

Nice to have

• PMP or Agile certification, such as SAFe or CSM.
• Experience with Army intelligence systems, multi-domain and cross-domain solutions, and accreditation across TS/SCI and Secret enclaves.
• Experience with C2E, cARMY, IL5/IL6, JWICS, multi-contractor environments, EVM, Jira, Confluence, and DoD program management tooling.
