What you will do

• Facilitate platform and cloud engineering teams to drive project deliverables, resources, and timelines for sensor infrastructure.
• Drive technical decision-making processes to resolve architectural challenges and infrastructure dependencies.
• Create and manage project delivery schedules, managing progress of portfolio phases and cross-group dependencies.
• Build AI-powered dashboards and automated reporting systems using agentic workflows and Claude skills.
• Develop AI agents to proactively identify infrastructure bottlenecks, build failures, and deployment blockers.
• Coach distributed teams on frameworks and shared accountability across multiple worldwide business units.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing complex platform engineering and infrastructure programs with 100+ engineers.
• Expert-level proficiency in Jira and deep experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) and prompt engineering.
• Comfort with light development in Python or Go for AI automation scripts.
• Deep familiarity with build systems, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitLab CI/CD.
• Ability to work from the Sunnyvale office on a hybrid schedule.

• Background in building platform engineering tools or infrastructure automation.
• Experience with sensor technologies, endpoint security platforms, or distributed systems reliability engineering.
