What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for the Government regarding all matters of contract performance.
• Manage and oversee all activities performed by contractor personnel and subcontractors.
• Employ industry best practices and project management methodologies to track and document requirements.
• Execute financial and business management processes to ensure performance quality and efficiency.
• Proactively identify and communicate programmatic, schedule, staffing, or resource-related risks.

Requirements

• Current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification.
• Experience managing programs of comparable size and complexity within the last 10 years.
• Experience planning and determining workforce requirements for diverse technical teams within the last 5 years.
• Experience in contract financial management and performance monitoring (KPIs) within the last 5 years.
• Ability to work onsite in Lexington Park, MD.
