What you will do

• Perform detailed reviews of patient records, clinical documentation, and administrative data to determine program eligibility.
• Manage the requesting, faxing, and tracking of medical records from external Primary Care Providers and specialists.
• Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA and other confidentiality and privacy regulations during record collection.
• Maintain professional communication with patients and colleagues, providing updates throughout the eligibility process.

Requirements

• Active Medical Assistant Certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in primary care, endocrinology, or urgent care settings.
• Proven experience in detailed medical record review and collection.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• Must be based in the USA.
