What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments including review of laboratory results and medical history.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, health coaches, and RNs to manage high-risk populations.
• Deliver care via telemedicine platforms and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Prescribe medications and provide dosage instructions according to company policy.
• Provide patient education to promote healthy habits and disease prevention.
• Assess symptoms and treat conditions in collaboration with members' primary care providers.

Requirements

• Physician Assistant CA state license required, with preference for multiple state licenses.
• Must hold 5 or more state licenses with willingness to obtain more.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
• 3-5 years of experience as an advanced practice provider.
• Board-certified in family or internal medicine.
• Experience managing patients remotely across different geographic areas.
