Location: Remote (Must be based in the US and maintain state licensure)

Salary: $188,270 - $288,048 + bonus + equity

What you will do

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars to showcase expertise in virtual care and care management.
  • Develop and deliver educational sessions for healthcare professionals and clients on general health and well-being.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to communicate the value of clinical services and support upsell opportunities.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients and manage the implementation of clinical navigation and utilization management services.
  • Handle clinical escalations and deliver virtual care services as needed.

Requirements

  • Physician (MD/DO) with 5+ years of post-residency experience.
  • Active board certification and licensure in good standing in the state of residence throughout employment.
  • Proven experience in project or program management.
  • Strong communication skills for conveying complex medical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to work outside regular business hours and travel up to twice per month.
