What you will do

• Manage training records, budgets, and compliance matrices for local HR and corporate reporting.
• Analyze yearly training needs and plan the Annual Review of EHS Training Matrix.
• Coordinate and facilitate OSHA-required training and manage the Success Factors database.
• Develop and facilitate compliance programs driven by required business certifications.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001/45001 training record requirements.
• Oversee the contract Security group.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of related experience or 10+ years of direct experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.
• General knowledge of OSHA regulations and willingness to obtain OSHA outreach trainer certification.
• Understanding of OSHA compliance training needs (e.g., Lock out/Tag Out, Confined space, Powered Industrial Vehicles).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
