What you will do

• Deploy EHSS strategy across multi-site manufacturing environments.
• Own and coordinate ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems across all locations.
• Lead internal audit programs and coordinate external certification audits.
• Drive standardization of EHSS processes across manufacturing, R&D, and office sites.
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
• Lead incident investigations and manage corrective actions.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in manufacturing EHSS roles.
• Proven track record managing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems.
• NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) or Certified IOSH.
• Strong working knowledge of UK EHSS and International legislation.
• Multi-site experience covering manufacturing, R&D, and labs.
• Internal or Lead Auditor experience.
