What you will do

• Own the post-sale customer relationship, serving as the primary point of contact from onboarding through renewal.
• Lead remote software onboarding, including configuration guidance, user training, and go-live support.
• Conduct onsite chemical and equipment inspections to verify compliance and safe operational readiness.
• Perform facility safety walkthroughs to identify hazards, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
• Translate field observations into product workflows and maintain accurate account documentation.
• Partner with Sales on renewals and expansions by identifying value realized and surfacing growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
• Must be located in Florida or willing to relocate at own expense.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and four years of OSHA/EHS work experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time, primarily via air.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and strong analytical skills.

Nice to have

• ASP, GSP, CSP, or equivalent certification.
• Proficiency with Hubspot or similar CRM tools.
