What you will do

• Lead and execute EHS programs across two manufacturing sites to ensure regulatory and corporate compliance.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive EHS training programs for employees, supervisors, and contractors.
• Identify workplace hazards, conduct risk assessments, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Manage environmental permits, OSHA submissions, and ESG metrics reporting.
• Partner with site leadership and Corporate EHS to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support emergency response activities and serve as a key contact during regulatory inspections.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing EHS experience.
• Expertise in waste management, hazardous materials, and regulatory reporting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to partner with site leadership.
• Must be able to work onsite in Highland Heights, OH and travel 20–50% of the time.
• Must have access to U.S. export-controlled information.

Nice to have

• EHS certifications such as CHMM, CSP, or ASP.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards.
