What you will do

• Lead the development and deployment of EHS improvement strategies within the plant.
• Execute EHS initiatives aligned with business objectives and corporate goals.
• Administer and continuously improve EHS management systems, including ISO 14001 and preparation for ISO 45001.
• Facilitate governance processes and establish leading and lagging performance indicators.
• Build and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and community leaders to promote safety culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience leading proactive EHS programs in a manufacturing environment.
• 3-5 years of management experience implementing or sustaining ISO 14001 or ISO 45001.
• Demonstrated success in improving EHS performance and interacting with governmental regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of environmental and safety regulations.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in environmental/safety discipline or engineering.
• Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification.
