What you will do

• Support and continuously improve EHS policies, procedures, and management systems.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, state, local, and applicable international regulations.
• Plan and lead internal audits for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 27001 programs globally.
• Drive corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities through root-cause analysis.
• Conduct workplace inspections and hazard assessments in collaboration with Facilities teams.
• Coordinate EHS training programs and maintain regulatory logs and permits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3+ years of relevant EHS, quality, manufacturing, or industrial experience.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 27001 standards.
• Experience with audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be based in Campbell, CA for onsite work in laboratory and facility environments.
