• Assume full responsibility for overall account health, client satisfaction (NPS), and organic growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, deeply understanding the client's business and industry.
• Lead cross-functional and creative teams to deliver integrated strategies and programs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are on-time, on-budget, and high-value.
• Collaborate regularly onsite at client offices in Dallas to maintain core relationships.

Requirements

• 12-15 years of experience in marketing or advertising.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry required.
• Strong background in digital and performance marketing or brand consultancy.
• Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and senior stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
