What you will do

• Manage a team of 10+ local Marketing Sales Managers and oversee their achievement of revenue goals.
• Conduct client-facing presentations to help advertising customers identify and achieve their business goals.
• Develop strategies to increase client retention, market penetration, and average deal size.
• Collaborate with delivery staff, ad operations, and vendors to optimize fulfillment workflows.
• Define, measure, and report on KPIs and provide monthly revenue forecasts to the VP of Digital Sales.
• Coordinate with corporate staff and local station leadership to set objectives and key results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5+ years of experience in traditional and/or digital media sales.
• Experience managing a large multi-state territory.
• Proficiency in office software and CRM tools.
• Must be based in Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, or Beaumont, TX.
