What you will do

• Build and maintain strategic relationships within client organizations to instill trust and drive growth.
• Lead internal teams from project kickoff to delivery, ensuring clarity and organizational alignment.
• Manage project scopes, create presentation narratives, and handle complex client communications.
• Take ownership of all deliverables while delegating tasks appropriately to the team.
• Travel semi-regularly to client locations for key meetings and relationship building.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple digitally focused projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including scope writing and presentation deck creation.
• Strong understanding of design, technology, and their business impact.
• Must be located within commuting distance of New York City.
• Ability to travel to client sites on a semi-regular basis.
