What you will do

• Lead daily shipping operations to ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and shipped on schedule.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with carriers, freight providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and corrective action initiatives.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for shipping, inventory control, receiving, and warehouse processes.
• Coach and develop team members while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Support procurement activities for indirect materials, including vendor replenishment and purchase order administration.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, inventory control, or supply chain operations.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counting and audits.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Lakeland, FL.
• English proficiency (read, write, communicate) is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and willingness to operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts).

Nice to have

• Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Previous supervisory or warehouse team leadership experience.
• Background in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety and productivity.
• Experience managing supplier performance and blanket purchase orders.
