What you will do

• Lead logistics improvement for inbound and outbound material operations and manage packaging projects.
• Oversee FI-11 operations, truck scheduling, and logistics process optimization.
• Manage warehouse manpower, internal logistics routes, and stock storage areas.
• Handle OS&D processes, including assembly claims, compensation, and scrap activities.
• Conduct defect analysis and implement corrective actions to reduce material loss.
• Prepare performance reports and support supply stabilization initiatives to ensure uninterrupted production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in material management, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of inventory control and material flow processes.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Clarksville, TN.

Nice to have

• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• Korean/English bilingual communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
