Salary: $71,000 - $108,000 USD

What you will do

• Own end-to-end operational execution including distribution, fulfillment, inventory control, and material flow.
• Lead the operating rhythm by establishing priorities, aligning resources, and ensuring performance commitments are met.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership and associate team.
• Promote a strong safety and compliance culture across all work areas.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators related to safety, service, productivity, and operating costs.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational scalability using Lean, 5S, or Kaizen methodologies.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Daytona Beach, Florida
• 7+ years of progressive experience in distribution, logistics, supply chain, or operations leadership.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams in a warehouse or fulfillment environment.
• Demonstrated success leading safe operations and sustaining compliance with OSHA requirements.
• Working knowledge of WMS, WCS, ERP, and SAP systems.
• Strong business acumen and ability to lead change in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, operations, or business.
• Experience in automated distribution environments, warehouse slotting, or conveyor systems.
• APICS certification.
