Salary: $75,000–$156,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Maintain inventory policies, MRP settings, inventory records, and cycle count processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Production, and Stockroom teams.
- Analyze demand variability, inventory levels, turnover, aging, obsolescence, and stockout risks to optimize working capital and availability.
- Partner with purchasing, planning, logistics, production, and product management teams on corrective action plans and business goals.
- Analyze inventory cost variances against standard costs, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Support the S&OP process by evaluating projected month-end inventory against targets and defining mid- and long-term improvements.
- Build automated data feeds, Power BI data models, dashboards, and performance reports from multiple data sources.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience performing analytics in operations or field inventory.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles, supply chain standards, and best practices.
- Technical expertise in Excel, relational databases, large datasets, and complex calculations.
- Experience with inventory management software and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
