What you will do

• Maintain inventory policies, MRP settings, inventory records, and cycle count processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Production, and Stockroom teams.
• Analyze demand variability, inventory levels, turnover, aging, obsolescence, and stockout risks to optimize working capital and availability.
• Partner with purchasing, planning, logistics, production, and product management teams on corrective action plans and business goals.
• Analyze inventory cost variances against standard costs, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support the S&OP process by evaluating projected month-end inventory against targets and defining mid- and long-term improvements.
• Build automated data feeds, Power BI data models, dashboards, and performance reports from multiple data sources.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience performing analytics in operations or field inventory.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, supply chain standards, and best practices.
• Technical expertise in Excel, relational databases, large datasets, and complex calculations.
• Experience with inventory management software and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
