What you will do

• Supervise Inventory Control Specialists and Associates to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Oversee the ordering of parts for Monster Jam satellite shops and the Engine Shop.
• Develop, implement, and manage the Inventory Control System for all shop and mobile inventories.
• Maintain accurate perpetual and annual physical inventory records and procedures.
• Manage employee training, daily work orders, and shipping/receiving operations.
• Optimize Parts Department processes to maximize return on investment and expense control.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Inventory Management, or Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Ellenton, Florida.
• Proven knowledge of computer-generated inventory control systems.
• 3+ years of experience in parts, heavy equipment parts, auto parts sales, or heavy-duty technician roles.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs frequently and 75lbs occasionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Nice to have

• Experience in a similar arena facility environment.
• Technical degree in engineering or a vocational certificate.
• Ability to operate machinery including forklifts, pallet jacks, and stock pickers.
