What you will do

• Act as the primary operational partner to the Regional Vice President across all South Florida communities.
• Ensure portfolio continuity by providing active coverage for Association Managers during absences or vacancies.
• Lead the full lifecycle of developer-to-association transitions in compliance with Florida Statutes.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new client communities and new regional team members.
• Partner with HR to screen, interview, and hire qualified Community Association Managers (CAMs).
• Support the implementation of Standards of Excellence (SOE) and SOP compliance across the region.

Requirements

• Active Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) license in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in community association management with success in a senior or supervisory capacity.
• In-depth working knowledge of Florida Statutes Chapter 718 (Condominiums) and Chapter 720 (HOAs).
• Professional fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-volume priorities and competing deadlines.
• Must be based in the South Florida region.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in CINC Portal setup and daily operations.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and Vive (vendor/COI management).
• Prior experience in regional or multi-community management roles.
• Experience participating in or leading hiring and interview processes.
