Senior Product Manager, Business Filings

Salary: $94,200–$164,450 USD, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product backlog prioritization, delivery planning, and release execution for Business Filings solutions.
• Translate product strategy and functional requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering across multiple Scrum teams on backlog prioritization, sprint planning, iteration themes, and release acceptance.
• Apply AI and automation to improve requirements definition, delivery speed, decision-making, and product capabilities.
• Define and monitor product success metrics, analyze platform adoption and performance, and optimize the roadmap using Pendo and related analytics.
• Align business, PMO, Technology, and go-to-market stakeholders while representing customer needs throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product management, technical product ownership, or software development in enterprise environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work US East Coast hours.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and driving delivery from concept through release.
• Experience applying AI and automation in product development, plus proficiency with software development and product analytics tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Google Analytics.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across distributed, matrixed organizations.

• Experience with Spec Driven Development.
• Experience with service operations, workflows, customer interactions, or scalable platforms.
