What you will do

• Own and evolve the digital product vision, strategy, and outcome-focused roadmap.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify customer pain points and prioritize product opportunities.
• Lead discovery, requirements definition, and agile execution across product teams.
• Define data and analytic requirements for predictive insights and operational decisioning.
• Develop use cases for AI/ML-enabled capabilities such as predictive maintenance and asset health scoring.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, presenting roadmaps, market insights, and performance outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 7+ years of experience in the digital product management lifecycle.
• Domain experience in utility, energy, industrial, or field-operations.
• Experience translating operational data into analytics-enabled digital products.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional groups and advise senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Agile/Product Owner certifications.
• Experience with cloud/SaaS products and data governance.
