What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap with a focus on AI-powered features and workflow automation.
• Gather and translate customer, market, and data insights into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI platforms and tools to improve operational workflows.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with AI-driven innovation goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and AI/ML teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Represent the product with partners and stakeholders, articulating AI strategy and value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or related experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms, tools, or solutions.
• Proven ability to leverage AI technologies to enhance product functionality and operational efficiency.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working closely with software development and data teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in MSP, SaaS, or technology platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile, SDLC, and Atlassian tools.
• Experience with AI platforms like OpenAI or Azure AI.
• Experience with hirify.global or similar platforms.
