What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Business License Solutions from discovery to launch.
• Represent the voice of the customer using feedback, market insights, and usage data to drive prioritization.
• Integrate AI and automation to enhance requirements definition and delivery efficiency.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs, balancing strategic objectives and business impact.
• Collaborate with UX and Business Analysts to define clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead agile delivery through sprint planning and backlog refinement with engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in product management, technical product ownership, or software development.
• Ability to work US East Coast hours.
• Proven experience in distributed, matrixed enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience applying AI and automation in product development.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
