Salary: $160,000–$195,000 + 10% bonus + Equity

What you will do

• Execute enterprise product strategy to drive long-term business growth and ARR expansion.
• Lead and mentor product managers to foster a culture of high performance and career growth.
• Translate complex B2B enterprise needs into scalable product roadmaps and actionable OKRs.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, and Design to build secure, scalable platform capabilities.
• Establish KPIs to monitor product adoption, enterprise usage, and platform performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure seamless go-to-market execution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, including direct experience leading or managing teams.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling high-growth Enterprise B2B SaaS products.
• Deep experience defining enterprise-grade solutions, including permissions, architecture, and integrations.
• Strong proficiency with product management and analytics tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Amplitude, and Mixpanel.
• Proven experience driving team efficiency through the strategic use of AI tools and automation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
