Associate Product Manager (EdTech)

Associate Product Manager (EdTech): Supporting the planning, development, and delivery of customer-focused education tools with an accent on AI-powered research, backlog refinement, and cross-functional collaboration. Location: Remote eligible, but quarterly in-person strategy meetings are required. Based on benefits (401k), must be based in the US.

Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 plus bonus

What you will do

• Support the definition of product vision, roadmap priorities, and detailed feature requirements.
• Manage backlog refinement by writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, product demonstrations, and release activities.
• Gather customer feedback and competitive intelligence using AI-powered tools to identify trends.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Quality Engineering to ensure successful product delivery.
• Provide guidance and performance support to assigned Engineering Leads to foster professional growth.

Requirements

• Up to 2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or software development.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Education, Engineering, or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of Agile, APIs, and modern SaaS applications.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools and AI/ML product concepts.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret product data.
• Experience with Linear or similar collaboration and project management tools.

Nice to have

• Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
• Internship or project experience specifically within EdTech or SaaS.
• Knowledge of responsible AI principles and data privacy concepts.
• Experience using AI tools for research and documentation.
