What you will do

• Conduct discovery and requirements gathering through customer interviews and trend analysis.
• Author detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature documentation.
• Maintain and groom the product backlog, tracking sprint status and communicating progress.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, design, and customer success to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Actively contribute to delivery through sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support product launches by creating release notes and internal enablement materials.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
• Structured problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate tradeoffs.
• Clear written and verbal communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfort learning and applying technical software concepts.
• Customer-oriented mindset, focusing on the problem before the solution.
• Location: Must be based in Denver, Colorado

Nice to have

• Evidence of shipping a project, process improvement, or prototype.
• Experience working directly with end-users or customers.
• Exposure to B2B SaaS environments and Agile teams.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
