What you will do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and minor electrical issues using tools, diagrams, and OEM guidance.
• Support equipment changeovers, setups, and functional checks before production runs.
• Inspect, repair, and replace mechanical components such as belts, bearings, seals, and actuators.
• Conduct basic electrical support including sensors, switches, and signal connections.
• Document all work in the CMMS following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Tampa, FL
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in a GMP or manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, pneumatic, and minor electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic diagrams.
• Experience performing equipment setups, adjustments, and component-level repairs.
• Understanding of GDP and cGMP principles related to maintenance activities.
