What you will do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and controls equipment.
• Execute preventive maintenance work to ensure continuous production operations.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and repair steam, refrigeration, and wastewater systems.
• Maintain accurate records in the CMMS and utilize SAP for purchase requisitions.
• Fabricate components, tools, and equipment as needed for plant projects.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to maintain output and safety standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience.
• Experience working on and around sanitary systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot pumps, gearboxes, and steam traps.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at elevated heights.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work a 2-2-3 shift schedule (6 PM - 6 AM).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Blue or Black Seal Boiler License.
• Experience in food manufacturing and GMP environments.
• Skills in stainless steel and sanitary welding.
• Experience with electrical systems, motors, drives, and PLCs.
