What you will do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Support the installation, setup, and testing of new plant equipment.
• Document all maintenance activities and maintain organized work areas and tool management.
• Identify and recommend improvements for equipment reliability.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and work instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical maintenance tasks.
• Authorization to work in the USA without current or future sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Associate degree or technical certification in Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing or chemical plant maintenance experience.
• Certification in industrial maintenance or electrical systems.
