What you will do

• Troubleshoot and repair hardware and process failures for AMAT, Ulvac, Gasonics, Fusion Gemini, and LAM Dry Etch tools.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities following standardized work documents.
• Evaluate tool performance using SPC charts and FabGuard Fault Detection (FDC) software.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and document all maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with Equipment Engineers and process technicians on upgrades, improvements, and wafer recoveries.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Austin, Texas.
• Associate’s Degree in an engineering or science discipline, or equivalent extensive experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Ability to read schematics and complex technical drawings/diagrams.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift/carry objects up to 50 pounds.
