What you will do

• Adjust and improve production equipment settings to ensure peak performance and minimal damage rates.
• Maintain equipment using a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) approach to prevent breakdowns.
• Schedule repairs and communicate equipment issues to supervisors and managers.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and reorder items as needed.
• Follow technical manuals and help create standard operating procedures for machinery.
• Test new equipment and assist in training employees on proper usage.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lb.
• Must be available for 4th shift (Friday to Sunday, Afternoons) once training is complete.
