What you will do

• Build, lead, and grow a team of BI professionals, overseeing hiring, onboarding, and career development.
• Define and own the analytical standard for GTM health, including the development of L1 to L4 metrics.
• Manage end-to-end GTM strategy analytics, spanning pre-sales pipeline performance through post-sales customer retention.
• Act as the primary analytical thought partner to Sales, Success, and GTM leadership to drive business decisions.
• Design executive-facing visualization strategies and dashboards that are clear and immediately consumable.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Systems teams to ensure underlying data is accurate and well-structured.

Requirements

• 8+ years of business analysis or BI experience, including building decision-making and financial models.
• 2+ years of direct experience managing and developing a team of analytics or BI professionals.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Tableau (or equivalent).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives and recommendations for executive audiences.
