Salary: $89,000 - $118,000

What you will do

• Transform suburban areas into key business growth drivers over the next year.
• Identify high-potential pockets within metros and deploy strategies to increase revenue.
• Build and execute suburb-specific Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
• Conduct user and market research to identify barriers and optimize messaging.
• Pilot grassroots awareness channels (Facebook, local PR) to drive supply and demand.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Ops teams to improve spend efficiency and fulfillment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in growth, strategy, or operations within a consumer platform or marketplace.
• Proven track record of solving supply and demand imbalances in existing markets.
• Ability to blend data-driven analytical rigor with a scrappy execution mindset.
• Experience with BI tools such as Sigma or Looker.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York City or San Francisco offices (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience using SQL for data mining.
• Deep understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics.
