What you will do

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice review, coding, approvals, and vendor communications.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and task tracking.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepaid expenses, and monthly consolidation schedules.
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Collaborate with FP&A, HR, and purchasing teams to support reporting and operational needs.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and the maintenance of internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in public accounting or high-growth companies.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
• Experience with month-end close and account reconciliations.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in one of the specified office locations.

Nice to have

• CPA or CPA-eligible.
• Experience in technology, SaaS, or startup environments.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Ramp.
• Experience integrating AI tools into daily operations.
• Exposure to audits, SOX, or internal controls.
