Location: Must be based in the US or Canada. Hybrid options available in Dallas, TX; Phoenix, AZ; Pittsburgh, PA; San Francisco, CA; or Toronto, ON.
Salary: $120,000 - $190,000

What you will do
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
- Manage the consolidation of financial statements across multiple entities.
- Prepare and review US GAAP financial statements and technical accounting memos.
- Automate accounting processes (consolidation, close, reporting) using AI tools.
- Partner cross-functionally to improve systems, data flow, and reporting.
- Support audit processes and maintain audit-ready documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of accounting experience in public accounting or industry.
- Deep understanding of US GAAP and financial consolidation.
- Proficiency in NetSuite, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to automate workflows.
- Basic coding and scripting skills (e.g., Python) for data analysis and automation.
- Must be based in the US or Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience in a startup or rapidly growing technology company.
- Experience with ERP/financial system implementation.
- Licensed CPA.
