Salary: $336,000 – $420,000 OTE + Equity

What you will do

• Scale sales operations and drive revenue growth to increase the company's financial impact.
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of enterprise Account Executives.
• Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and overall pipeline health to ensure accurate performance tracking.
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand Decagon's market presence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute programs that align with the company vision.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience leading B2B or SaaS sales teams with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
• Expertise in MEDDPICC sales methodology or a similar value-selling framework.
• Must be based in or be able to work fully on-site in the Austin office.
• Experience in pipeline management and accurate sales forecasting.

Nice to have

• Experience in territory planning and developing effective sales playbooks.
• Expertise with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close on large deals.
• Experience working in a rapidly growing startup or tech environment.
