What you will do

  • Own and grow a pipeline of enterprise opportunities within the group health ecosystem through strategic prospecting and referral networks.
  • Lead the full consultative sales cycle from discovery and needs assessment through solution design, ROI modeling, and contract negotiation.
  • Craft compelling statements of work, pricing proposals, and executive-level business cases for health plan decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, and C-suite stakeholders to communicate how AI solutions drive operational efficiency and portfolio growth.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while providing accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting in CRM.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise SaaS or technology sales experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience selling specifically into the health insurance space.
  • Proven track record of quota attainment (100%+) and building a book of business from scratch.
  • Experience navigating complex buying committees, including Chief Actuaries, CMOs, and CFOs.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must be based in the US (indicated by 401k and state law compliance).
