What you will do

• Define and own the end-to-end customer and partner training and education strategy.
• Build self-service learning paths, instructor-led training, hands-on labs, certification, and partner accreditation programs.
• Design role-based certification and partner pathways that validate competency for independent implementation and support.
• Hire and develop instructional designers, trainers, lab engineers, curriculum managers, and certification specialists.
• Own the LMS, content authoring, lab, exam delivery, and digital badging technology stack, including vendors and budget.
• Develop outcome dashboards and report completion, certification, support deflection, onboarding readiness, and adoption metrics to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years leading customer-facing training, education, or certification programs and building or scaling external learning organizations.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or cloud infrastructure environments.
• Experience owning a training or education budget, selecting vendors, and negotiating contracts.
• Proven ability to design competency-based certification and partner accreditation programs with proctored exams.
• People leadership experience hiring and developing instructional designers, trainers, and lab engineers.
• Ability to measure training outcomes through completion, certification pass rates, support deflection, and product adoption.

Nice to have

• Background in product management or a security- or data-focused product function.
• Experience applying AI to localization, adaptive learning, or AI tutoring with subject-matter-expert oversight.
