Technical Curriculum Developer (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid role based at the Downtown Boston office, with in-office attendance required three days per week from Tuesday through Thursday.

Annual base salary: $110,000–$142,000, plus eligibility for a target bonus.

What you will do

• Design and develop technical eLearning, certifications, assessments, simulations, videos, job aids, and learning paths.
• Create multimedia learning content using text, video, audio, animations, interactions, and Articulate 360 tools including Storyline and Rise.
• Translate complex hirify.global product concepts into clear, practical learning experiences with technical subject matter experts and cross-functional partners.
• Define course scope, learning objectives, content structures, and assessments based on learner and stakeholder needs.
• Build and maintain technical certification and readiness programs for partners, Solution Engineers, Professional Services, and other customer-facing technical roles.
• Measure learning effectiveness through assessments, learner feedback, and business outcomes, then improve content accordingly.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience designing technical curricula, digital learning experiences, or enablement programs in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Experience creating professional-quality eLearning, video, audio, interactive content, and assessments.
• Strong learning design, technical writing, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience developing learning for technical audiences such as Solution Engineering, Professional Services, Partner Enablement, Customer Education, or Customer Success.
• Technical foundation in computer science, SaaS, enterprise software, or related technologies, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Experience with Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, or similar authoring tools.
